The song "Just a Touch of Magic" still makes me feel like someone knew how I was feeling at the time it came out. Ahh, the teenaged years! Thanks James Leroy

So many great memories of JL. He spent a couple of years here in the Soo, experiencing life as a DJ at CKCY radio when I was a puppy broadcaster. He is certainly one of life's unforgettable characters, and his music was a lovely part of the landscape in the 70s. I ran into him in Edmonton within months of his passing. He always sparkled, he always smiled. I didn't know him well enough to know his pain. I do know he's in good company in Sky Studio. Rest in Peace, James we still miss you. Peace and Love to all.

James would have been 10 years older than me. I remember Touch of Magic from my youth growing up in Detroit. Through the years you no longer heard the great music you grew up with. Some 25 years later I tuned in to a Canadian radio station (630 AM CFCO, Chatham-Kent)and heard it played. It brought back a lot of memories of a simpler time in life. My wife and I played it for our wedding. Thanks for the tribute to James.
